11 am : Immerse yourself in the culinary arts as our Head Chef unveils the mysteries behind the Royal Kitchens of Mewar. Learn and savour the tastes of regal recipes passed down through generations. 
By 3:00 pm, the adventure shifts to the Gangaur ghat of Lake Pichola. Witness the festival’s crescendo as women, adorned in vivid garments, lead a procession that transforms into a majestic boat parade on the lake. The evening culminates with the images set afloat, amid lively songs and celebration.

The festival’s concluding day promises a rich exploration of flavours. Join our Head Chef through the local spice market to uncover the secrets behind Udaipur’s iconic dishes. For a touch of local flavour, expect a delightful pause with Chef’s favourite chai and samosa. As the evening sets in, the rhythmic beats of Ghoomar and the hypnotic moves of Kalbeliya dances will captivate you. Spectacular fireworks light up the Udaipur sky – the Mewar festival’s grand finale!
