Cuisine

The culinary philosophy at Karma Seven Lakes is based on quintessential ‘Mewari’ cuisine – food from the famed Mewar region of Rajasthan. The food is inspired by decades of Rajput traditions and the exquisite flavors from the Maharanas’ kitchens.

Executive Chef – Jeevraj Singh brings alive traditional recipes at the Karma Seven Lakes with his versions of the classics like the famous ‘Dal Baati Churma’ – Stuffed Dough Balls Roasted on Charcoal and served with lentil curry and sweet crumbs of wheat flour and dry fruits.

Guests can also experience other Mewari delights like the ‘Laal Maas’ – spicy mutton curry and the ‘Gatta Curry’ – mild, bengal gram flour based dumplings in homestyle curry.
