7 DAYS / 6 NIGHTS ITINERARY (FRIDAY – THURSDAY)

Day 1 – Friday: Arrival & Sunset Welcome Arrive at Malé International Airport and transfer for a domestic flight to Dharavandhoo in Baa Atoll. A short boat ride brings you to Karma Fushi, your luxury liveaboard retreat. Enjoy a chilled welcome cocktail, meet the crew, and settle into your elegant cabin. As we anchor near a tranquil sandbank, savour a seafood welcome dinner under the stars, followed by stargazing and evening drinks on the top deck.

Day 2 – Saturday: Manta Encounters & Turtle Reefs & Sunset Cruise Wake to golden skies as we sail toward Hanifaru Bay, home to seasonal manta ray gatherings (weather and permit dependent). After breakfast, enjoy a manta conservation briefing before snorkelling alongside these majestic creatures. In the afternoon, explore a nearby reef known for sea turtles and vibrant coral. Optional activities include paddleboarding or a Try dive (introductory scuba dive). North Malé Atoll

  • There are no recommended group travel arrangements or coordinated vessel departure schedules at present, but members must plan flights accordingly.
  • Arrival: International flights should land at Velana International Airport by 12:30 pm to avoid delayed departure and lost onboard time.
  • Pick-up is scheduled between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm. The meeting point is Burger King at the Arrivals exit, where a Karma Group representative will meet you and escort you to board Karma Fushi.
  • If landing after 12:30 pm, we recommend arriving one night prior and booking a stay in Hulhumalé (USD 260–300 per night) to ensure smooth next-day boarding and a one-time vessel check-in, in line with liveaboard procedures and for a better first impression.
  • Departure: Check-out is at 9:00 am. Airport arrival is approximately 9:30 am. Please book outbound flights accordingly.

Baa Atoll

  • Domestic flight schedules to Baa Atoll are subject to change – This itinerary is dependent on local flight timings.
  • Arrival: Recommended to arrive in Malé 1 day before, or international flights must land by 8:30 AM to connect with the approx 11:30 AM domestic flight to Baa Atoll.
  • Arriving earlier supports smooth embarkation and more time to enjoy activities on Day 1.
  • Once you exit International Arrivals, kindly proceed to Counter C-11 for your domestic check in to Dharavandoo
  • Departure: Check-out around 10 AM (aligned to domestic flights), arrival and baggage clearance in Malé is approx 1:30 PM to 2 PM, please book onward international departure flights accordingly.

South Malé Atoll

Terms & Conditions

  • Food or beverages are not permitted to be carried onboard Karma Fushi. Any food or drink consumed on the boat must be consumed only in designated areas and must not be taken to the cabins at any time. The Management reserves the right to confiscate items and/or apply a fine of up to US$500 if these rules are contravened.
  • Transfers from the airport are done via a ‘dhoni’ – a traditional Maldivian boat.
  • House Breakfast is not included.
  • No footwear allowed on board.
  • Not pet-friendly.
  • No cooking facilities are available in the cabins.
  • We advise against the consumption of alcohol if participating in water activities.
  • Travel details, requests for airport transfers, or any other special requests should be submitted to Karma Concierge at least 14 working days prior to check-in.
  • Members are advised to note that for all internal/domestic flights, the maximum baggage allowance is 20 kg for checked-in luggage and 5 kg for hand baggage.
  • Bookings can be cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to the check-in date and rebooked up to a maximum of 3 times. More than 3 cancellations of a confirmed reservation may result in the loss of the points used for the booking.
  • Although Karma Concierge does not organize visas or other matters pertaining to travel, a letter may be issued upon request for visa purposes.
  • The boat reserves the right to ask for a security deposit upon check-in or alternatively to levy a fee on checkout to cover damages or inappropriate usage of the apartments.
  • For International reservations, service or municipality taxes may be applicable on check-in. For more information, kindly contact your Karma Concierge.
  • Any excess baggage will be subject to airline policies and additional charges, payable directly by the member.
  • It is mandatory that members/guests follow the swimming pool rules and use appropriate swimming attire as set out by the Club.
  • In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the Club reserves the right to offer alternate accommodation or different reservation/s from the ones booked.
  • The maximum permitted occupants in the cabins are: Premium Cabin Double: 2 guests aged 14 years and above, Cabin Sleeps Three: 3 guests aged 14 years and above, Cabin Double: 2 guests aged 14 years and above. Please note that children under 14 years are not permitted onboard.
  • Members understand and confirm that all reservations for members’ certificates can be confirmed only if the Club Membership Fees are current.
  • Members requesting a guest certificate are obliged to provide details of their guest/s to the reservation office a minimum of 30 days prior to confirming a guest booking.
  • As per law, it is mandatory for all guests to provide an ID proof upon check-in at the reception (e.g., Aadhar card, Driver’s license, passport copy). The Club reserves the right to refuse admission if proper identification matching the reservation letter, also to be provided on check-in, is not available.
  • Allocation of preferred cabins is only subject to availability and at the time of check-in.
  • All check-ins and check-outs are in line with the cruise schedule.
  • Drones – The use of drones is strictly prohibited on any Karma property without prior authorisation. This is to protect the exclusivity and privacy of our guests, and only authorised personnel may capture drone footage.
  • Speakerphone Usage – The use of a speakerphone is not permitted in any public areas of the hotel, except within the privacy of your own room. This policy is in place to preserve the peaceful environment for all our guests.

Will there be a transfer from Malé to Karma Fushi included?
Yes, return domestic transfers between Malé (Velana International Airport) and Karma Fushi are included in your package. For Baa Atoll itineraries, this includes a domestic flight to Dharavandhoo. For Malé Atoll itineraries, a dhoni transfer is arranged directly from Malé.

Do I need to provide my international flight details?
Yes, providing your international flight itinerary in advance allows us to coordinate your domestic transfers smoothly.

How are meals served onboard Karma Fushi?
All meals are served buffet-style, featuring a rotating menu of international and local dishes. Select evenings may include plated gourmet or live cooking dinners or a beach BBQ.

Are beverages included?

Can I book a scuba diving experience?
Yes, both Discover Scuba Dives and full scuba diving experiences are available. These must be pre-booked through Karma Concierge and require a valid medical certificate.

Can I opt out of excursions and stay onboard?

What’s the weather like in the Maldives?

Basic first aid and seasickness medication are available. For more serious medical needs, the crew is trained to coordinate emergency assistance via the nearest resort or island clinic.

What kind of power outlets are onboard?
Cabins are equipped with standard Type G power outlets (UK-style). Universal adapters are available upon request.
