Classic Wine Trail

Classic Wine Trail

The Journey

The Classic New Zealand Wine Trail is a deliciously indulgent road journey. New Zealand produces many world award winning wines and fresh produce that you will be able to experience along the way. This trail is also not short of cultural experiences too. You will travel through three of the country’s major wine growing regions as well as countless scenic delights. From Hawke’s Bay in the North Island to Marlborough in the South Island, this is the gourmet motorhome holiday route that you can design to suit your taste buds.

Many people travel the route from north to south, so it’s likely you’ll begin in Hawkes Bay – known for its stunning reds, chardonnay, art deco architecture and stylish country living. You can visit countless wineries and stock up your motorhome fridge and cupboards with lots of goodies from the local farmers’ market. Please see  www.classicwinetrail.co.nz for further information.

We recommend you start this Classic Wine Trail picking up from our Auckland branch and finishing in either Christchurch or Queenstown.
